The Future

I really like the future for us...

• Get tight again
• Start the recording process for the next album, (VERY exciting, record an Orange as aplace to start)
• Play gigs in a way that really suits us, (Sit down, Make a sound I can only describe as a food you really like to eat, be entertaining)

Getting tight
How can we short-cut the re-learning and remembering of songs?
Professional musicians do it by mastering their instrument and reading a common language, (sheet music).

For Sleepless musicians, I think we need to do it individually in a way that suits each of us. For me, being involved in the set list and making a few select notes really works. Also I practice mid week. But for each of us it will be different.

I'd really like each of us to do some work on thinking about what works for us.

Recording Orange

• Lets practice next week with everyone and decide songs
• MLJ, MD and I can lay down beds the weeks after, (MD can record some guide vocals as we go)
• Peter and Damian can over-dub Peters Guitars, (Perhaps we can devise a system where Peter records them himself at home!?!?!)
• We lay down vocals.

We use Orange to plan the next album...
